Missed calls
Every unanswered call gets a reply before the homeowner reaches the next listing.
Live todayFor HVAC contractors
When your phone rings and nobody picks up, that homeowner calls the next company on Google. Ring Back texts them back in under 60 seconds, holds the conversation, and books them onto your calendar — nights, weekends, and while you're on a roof.
Nothing changes about your phone number or your current setup.

Where the money leaks
You already pay to make the phone ring — the truck wrap, the Google listing, twenty years of word of mouth. The problem isn't getting calls. It's what happens in the ninety seconds after one goes unanswered.
How it works
We install it, we watch it, you get the booked jobs. Your number stays your number and your phone works exactly like it does today.
Busy, after hours, on a roof, second call coming in — it doesn't matter why. The system sees the missed call the moment it happens.
A real-sounding message from your company, not a robot voice. She replies, describes the problem, and gets an answer while she still has her phone in her hand.
Name, address, problem and time slot land in your inbox and on your schedule. Emergencies ring your cell immediately instead of waiting in a queue.
Why Ring Back
There are four ways contractors usually try to solve a missed call. Three of them end with the same sentence: someone will call you back. That sentence is where the job is lost.
| What happens | Answering service | Generic AI chatbot | Virtual receptionist | Ring Back |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who it reaches | Callers who wait on hold | Visitors already on your website | Callers during staffed hours | Every caller who hangs up, any hour |
| First response | A message taken for you | Only if they find the chat box | A live greeting, then a note | A text in under 60 seconds |
| Who calls back | You do | You do | You do | Nobody needs to |
| Ends with | A callback list | An email lead | A callback list | An appointment on your calendar |
| After hours | Extra per-minute cost | Unattended | Usually unavailable | Same behaviour as 10 AM Tuesday |
| Cost model | Per minute or per call | Per seat or per contact | Per hour | One flat monthly fee |
| What you measure | Messages taken | Chats started | Calls handled | Jobs booked and what they were worth |
Every one of these can be the right tool. The difference is that Ring Back is measured on revenue recovered, not on activity handled.
Inside the system
Everything runs in the background. The only thing you ever have to look at is the jobs it books and the report at the end of the month.

The bigger picture
The unanswered phone is the largest hole and the one we fix first. It isn't the only one. Ring Back is built to follow the customer from the first ring to the renewal, closing each gap as we go.

PlannedSpring and fall tune-ups booked from your existing customer list, not cold.
PlannedJobs written straight into the field software your office already runs on.
PlannedToday the product is HVAC. The platform underneath it is being built for home services generally, so the roadmap above arrives as an upgrade to your account rather than a migration.
Integrations
Booked jobs are only useful where your team already looks for them. Calendar delivery is configured by us during setup. Direct connections to field software are on the roadmap, built in the order our customers ask for them.
Managed setup means we configure the connection for you during onboarding rather than you installing anything. Planned means it is on the roadmap and not yet built — booked jobs reach you by calendar invite and email in the meantime. Tell us what your office runs on and it moves up the queue.
Security & privacy
Every conversation the system holds belongs to your company.
Messages and customer data travel over encrypted connections between your customers, the carriers and our systems.
Access is limited to the people who operate your account. We do not sell customer data or share mobile opt-in and consent with third parties.
Runs on established messaging and cloud providers rather than hardware in an office, so it keeps working nights, weekends and storms.
We collect what is needed to book the job and nothing more. Every message carries opt-out instructions and STOP is honoured immediately.

Why we built this
A contractor spends thousands to make the phone ring, then loses the customer because a technician was doing the job he was hired to do.
We kept seeing the same pattern. The marketing worked — trucks wrapped, listing current, reviews good, phone ringing. Then it rang while someone was on a roof or driving between calls, and by the time anyone called back the homeowner had booked somebody else.
Nobody was doing anything wrong, and no amount of extra advertising closes a gap like that. So we built something that lives in exactly those ninety seconds and nowhere else. Ring Back does one job and is measured on one number: the work it puts back on your calendar.
Do the math yourself
Move the sliders to your own numbers. We'd rather you decide from arithmetic than from a sales pitch.
The default 25% is deliberately conservative — it assumes three out of four recovered conversations still don't turn into work.
A worked example
The calculator above uses your numbers. This is one illustrative month, start to finish, so you can see how the arithmetic runs before you put your own figures in.
Calls that went unanswered — evenings, weekends, and while crews were on jobs.
Homeowners who replied to the text and stayed in the conversation.
Jobs booked onto the calendar without anyone returning a call.
Booked value at a $450 average ticket.
Recovered value in the example month after the $497 monthly fee. The system pays for itself on the second booked job — everything after that is work that would otherwise have gone to whoever answered.
Sample estimate for illustration only — not a projection, a guarantee, or an average of customer results. Real figures depend on your call volume, average ticket and service area. Use the calculator above with your own numbers.
Straight pricing
Month to month — cancel with thirty days' notice. If the jobs it books aren't worth more than the fee, you shouldn't be paying it.
See it live
Reading about a sixty-second text-back proves nothing. Feeling your own phone buzz proves all of it. The whole thing takes about ninety seconds and you can do it right now, standing where you are.
Ring (586) 693-7086 and ask for the demo number. We'll give it to you on the spot — no form, no scheduling.
Let it ring and end the call, exactly like a homeowner does when nobody picks up on the first try.
The text arrives in under a minute. Reply to it. Describe a problem. Watch it collect the details and book the slot.
You will know within ninety seconds whether this is worth a longer conversation. If it isn't, you have lost ninety seconds.

Founding contractor program
Ring Back is early, and we would rather say so than borrow someone else's numbers. What follows is what we commit to operationally — nothing more.
Ring Back is currently onboarding a limited group of founding HVAC contractors. Founding customers receive the introductory rate, direct onboarding support, and the opportunity to help shape upcoming integrations.
Keeping the first group small is how we make sure every system is built properly and watched closely while the product is young.
Straight answers
No. Your number stays exactly as it is and your phone rings the way it always has. We set up forwarding so the system can tell when a call goes unanswered — that takes about ten minutes on a call with you, and it can be undone just as fast.
No. An answering service takes a message and hands it back to you — you still have to call the person. This texts them within a minute, has the conversation, and puts the appointment on your calendar. You find out about it after it's already booked.
The first message reads like a real person from your office, because that's how we write it — your company name, your services, your tone. Anything unusual or urgent gets routed straight to you instead of being handled by the system.
Nothing happens. The text only fires when a call actually goes unanswered. We test that specifically before you go live so real customers never get a strange text after a normal conversation.
Five business days from the day you say go. Most of that is carrier registration, which is required for any business sending automated texts in the US and takes a few days on their end. The build itself is fast.
Cancel with thirty days' notice — there's no contract to get out of. The monthly report exists precisely so you can see whether it's earning its keep instead of taking our word for it.
Ring Back is operated by Nausherwan Aadil, sole proprietor, in Michigan. We build the system, install it, and maintain it. You'll deal with the same person the whole way through.
